Candidates for our Senior Sales Training positions must have the following credentials:

  • Minimum of 10 years of business experience including sales, sales management, consulting, and/or training
  • Minimum of 10 years of corporate training facilitation experience on a wide range of sales-related topics
  • Financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Experience and proven credibility delivering to senior level audiences
  • Proven client relationship skills
  • Small group role play facilitation experience as opposed to large group speaker “presentations”
  • Willingness to travel
  • BS degree, MBA a plus
