Our ideal candidate should have the following background:
- 8+ years in a senior sales position for a training or consulting provider
- Deep knowledge of sales training (i.e. sales training provider or buyer of such) preferred
- Experience selling complex and intangible solutions to the global 2000 companies
- Demonstrated track record of managing and growing accounts
- Consistent track record of overachieving against goals
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High level of initiative
