Richardson’s SalesReadiness™ can be used as a stand-alone training tool, reinforcement to previous training, or blended with instructor-led training. It is comprised of four integrated parts:


1. Video-On-Demand - The core of the solution is video.  Typically three to five minutes, the interactive and highly-customizable content is developed using state-of-the-art filming and editing technology.


2. Linked Supporting Material - Supporting material can include: additional video, product information, sales models, tips, or documents that reinforce the concepts being presented in the video.


3. Assessment - Included in the solution is a quick assessment to help identify and measure an individual's understanding of the content presented in the video.


4. Auditing and Reporting - Managers are able to receive reports on videos viewed, usage, and click-troughs.

Richardson’s SalesReadiness™ solutions can be hosted by Richardson or implemented on your LMS. We provide a full turn-key development process, offering three distinct types of SalesReadiness™ solutions:

  • Level 1 - Pre-developed and packaged solutions focused on today’s latest sales topics and issues
  • Level 2 – Company-specific branding, custom support content, and tailored videos that are filmed at a Richardson studio location using local actors
  • Level 3 - Full customization of content and production at a designated live site, leveraging multiple actors and/or company employees
